You Are A Billion Points of Light

Perhaps it’s not what you think it is, this concept of ‘light’ (as in Light worker, seek the light, be the light, rise up towards the light, let your light shine blah, blah)….maybe we have been in the dark for so long by now, any light on the horizon might appear a bit strange.

What if the light was just like a bit of brightness along the edges of our vision? It seeps inwards filling a space….but we have to draw it towards us, like a sponge to water.

I have often wondered about my own response to when that ‘good’ or ‘light’ thing comes along, would I know it? There are those of us who would not really recognize it, because these edges are blurred. 

We have been living in the dark, but are told it is light.

So, would we really be able to tell good from bad when we are steeped in darkness with our inner light pushed down for all these lifetimes?

I know people who lament an unfulfilled life and live in pain from their belief they have made the wrong decision…left the wrong person behind, taken a more difficult path and are just beaten down by lack of vision.

However, this all being said – if we can use our imagination, the light inside of us is a powerful force and will lift us up. Once we witness something with the frequency of hope – a power can rise up inside of us and take over.

Our tissues and cells respond to specific vibrations throughout time and space; our body's frequency reacts to light….

Our eyes are meant to be filled with light….we are capable of shining….like stars, suns and moons. We can cast our light leaving a trail of sparkly dust wherever we go….

Don't let the darkness win....there is a light inside of you. Seek it - and watch as you become a billion points of light.

Overcoming Fear - Tackle the Energy Blocks


I once came across someone who was advertising a conference on fear….the premise of the entire course of learning was to remove and eliminate the fear from our lives.

Which is a good thing, right? Unless….we do it without fully thinking through the purpose of ‘fear’ and then understand where it goes when we push it aside or ignore the fact that it’s there.

And where it comes from…

Fear is an under current in our lives. It rules the airwaves, guides our thinking and certainly fuels the hours and days spent worrying about…. Everything. All you have to do is listen to a news show or read a paper (or nearly anything) to get your daily top up.

So, we are swimming in it….now what?

Well, the worst thing to do with fear is to ignore it. And far worse then that is to push it down, move it aside or disregard the fact that it’s there in the first place. Fear must be dealt with and that takes not only time, but careful elimination of the toxins, energy blocks, patterns and relationships associated with it.

The simple fact of the matter is – fear holds us back.

These fears might play out in our lives in significant ways such as being redirected from achieving our dreams, stopping us from moving ahead with plans, hopes or wishes.

It will play out in our bodies most often in the bowel, but also as weight gain and nervous conditions, anxiety and sleeplessness. Anyone of these leads to long term chronic conditions and keeps us from living our lives fully.

However, we haven’t even mentioned all the other dimensions of ourselves…but you get the picture! Fear is part of these ‘disordered’ syndromes of life as we currently know it.

It can’t be disregarded – we have to deal with it, if and when we want to get moving in life.

And of course, that means doing some deeper work on yourself where fear is concerned. For me, the easiest way to get started dealing with these fears is to simply allow them to rise up…because once an issue is right there, in my face, it has to be tackled.

I really don’t want to keep going around in circles anymore (hasn’t that been a theme for most of us?)…so, my motto has been, sort it out and learn how to move on from here.

There are so many ways to get going with this as well….I usually begin by fasting (my way of jumping into a detox with both feet) and then carefully looking at the energy leaks, watching my energy field and listening to my body as I go about each day of my cleanse.

All the while I am watching my mind chatter, paying attention to outward signs as well as physically working through each fear related thought as it presents itself to me. It’s work – but worth it.

Our will overcomes fear….if we persist, keep pushing forward and do whatever it takes to shift onto that higher ground we are seeking – no fear can hold us for long!

Mind Control - How to Create from a Higher Place....


It’s been a determined kind of day….this morning I got up feeling really good – about everything! And it just got better from there. Not that anything in particular happened – but because I was feeling so good, I got a lot done.

And of course it got me thinking about this entire topic of ‘frames of mind’, thought processes and how this affects our behaviour and especially the outcome of our days. I think it all boils down to something quite simple really! (LOL)

We have long known that 90% of anything such as sports achievements, talents and ability, is in your/our/the mind. Anyone with a strong or determined mind – can usually create enough force to get things moving…..

And done.

However, even with a strong mind and presence, our minds can sometimes be completely overwhelmed by outside factors. Of course, ultimately these elements also exist inside of us as well, and they can have a devastating influence within our lives.

Remember  the ‘overmind’, I have mentioned here several times? This is the combination or collective supermind carried in the airwaves. It’s like a frequency which infiltrates our bodies, hooks up with parts of us drawn to that vibration and pulls us down –

Through our thoughts.

What’s involved here is basically an interaction between various toxins present in our tissues and cells – but the greatest part of this process is the reliance on factory grown life forms such as viruses, yeasts and bacteria.

Which come in from our diet of poor, nasty and getting nastier food such as the 69cent bread on the shelves of supermarkets, fast food that doesn't even rot, lifeless milk and so on. This type of eating ensures these non-beneficial critters are in control of our guts (and bodies).

These organisms (we are made up of billions of them), then act as Energy Vampires of the microscopic world and suck in these low level vibrations and frequencies present all around us. Remember - like attracts like.

It anchors us to a darker place and naturally affects our thoughts – which then affect our energy, our spirit and our physical bodies. We haven’t even gone into the rest of it…the emotional impact and the loss of our souls.

When immersed in this manufactured grime, day in and day out – it wears us down, erodes the fabric that knits us together (mind, body, spirit) and keeps us tethered on a short leash, to nothingness.

And I know this is how many people face their days – struggling to push down these thoughts, to switch their thinking and each of the dark patterns that seem to follow – addictions, overweight, depression, worry, fear and lack.

We create our lives from the inside out – these thoughts are the building blocks of each moment we spend here on this planet. The chatter, words, mantras, phrases, memories, pictures and molecules of emotion shifting endlessly throughout our heads are vital components of our lives.

They are what make us or break us. It’s time to take back control of our lives – and the only way to do that is to own our minds. To create from a higher place - well, that all starts with a change in diet, which clears the body and ultimately has a positive effect on our minds.
